Position: Mainframe Developer
Location; Erlanger, KY
Duration; Full Time
Hourly rate : $120k
Must have skills
· Proven experience as a Mainframe Application Developer
· Mainframe Developer with 3+ years of experience reading and writing code in COBOL.
· Strong Mainframe programming skills including JCL, IMS DC, DB2, SQL, MFS, ISPF, and Xpediter.
Good to have skills
· Good understanding of ITIL v3 guidelines will be preferable
· Excellent Written and Communication Skills
· Excellent Team Management skills
· Ability to work in multi geography multi-cultural team
Key responsibilities
· Requirement Analysis, design and development of application changes.
· Analysis and debugging of application to resolve customer issues
· Communication with customer and different application team to resolve issues
· Develop documentation throughout the software development and support life cycle (SDLC)
· Develop and share work status report
