Job Description :
Client: Direct

Skillset: Foundation: COBOL, Mainframe DB2 - Application

Location: Dubuque, IA

Duration: 6 months, extensions or permanent conversion possible

Interview Process: Initial phone interview followed by video conference

· 6 years of overall experience in design and coding of mainframe modernization

· Strong Microfocus and Microfocus COBOL

· Experience in SAS programs (must to have)

· Experience in COBOL programs (must to have)

· Experience in Micro Focus COBOL programs (must to have)

· Experience in DB2

· Experience in JCL, Assembler

· Should have prior experience Mainframe modernization with Micro Focus solution

· Must have experience in Agile Methodology

· Excellent Oral and Written communication skills

· Should be able to work with Pearson requirement team to clarify/capture the requirement for first few weeks initially

· "Mainframe Modernization with Micro focus

· Strong Micro focus modernization experience

· Assist and troubleshoot current Mainframe environment

· Good knowledge in Micro Focus Enterprise Server, Micro Focus COBOL
