Position Description:
*ITI/RRS Responsibilities/Scope: . Provide support for all production and DR mainframe LPARS globally across Ford . Monitor daily reports and take necessary action when applicable . Work with application teams on problem solving, resource estimating, consumption management . Monitor resource utilization (CPU, memory, aux storage, etc . Support for Security and Control processes . Maintain separation of duties . Provide metrics and status reports . Oversee incident resolution . Setting and adjusting LPAR configurations on all machines as needed . Work with Planning on customer forecasts . Work with other Operation and Engineering teams on projects

. Knowledge of computer operations and mainframe . Demonstrated ability to drive internal efficiencies . Ability to learn quickly . Experience with the following tools: . SAS . Workload Manager . Education Required:
B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
