More than 10 years of experience in production support along with software development or software integration projects - 5 years’
Experience with Mainframe Operating Systems, very familiar with z/OS structure, flow, parameters, and security 15 years’ experience with installing,
Using SMP/e and performing capacity planning for Mainframe z/OS and associated products · A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly.
- Strong in COBOL, DB2, JCLs- Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills; ability to provide hands-on technical support and analysis ·
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Passionate about learning new technologies
