Job Description :

Production support specialist supporting financially significant applications
Ensure assigned incident and service request delivered on time
Work with Business users on queries or clarifications regarding the business functionalities or issues
Monitor production jobs to ensure critical batch completion
Co-ordinate with offshore team and ensure all the tickets are resolved within given SLA.
Work with offshore and bring automation idea and continuous improvements on the systems supported.
As a Production support specialist ensure all the project implementations are reviewed and provide implementation support.
Flexibility towards addressing major issues reported in the application supported and ensure production application availability.
Willingness to learn additional technology and train offshore teams as needed.
