Mainframe Admin with MN
Job Responsibilities and Activities
Experience with IT security in Mainframe Z/OS and specialized in mainframe security packages such as CA-Top Secret, CA-ACF2 and RACF.
Experienced in install, upgrade and Maintenance for all the security tools along with end-to-end administration support in a SYSPLEX environment.
Should be capable of creating, managing security procedures & trouble shooting mainframe security related errors in TSO/ISPF.
Strong knowledge in Job Control: OS/MVS JCL, COBOL, SAS, CLIST, CA-ESP and REXX programming languages.
Ensuring to maintain profile permissions and problem analysis in order to troubleshooting the applications issues and support.
Required mainframe access management knowledge with REXX scripting and programs to support Administrators, users and improve mainframe process.
Should ensure the integrity of security environment with multiple environment such as Unix, Active directory, LDAP, AS400etc for all troubleshooting and changes.
Need to ensure the compliance to access rights policy, perform Audit reporting across multiple platforms for SOX and manage business continuity.
Need to assist with disaster recovery procedures(DR) including DR drills as needed.
Familiarity with MicroFocus LDAP is an additional advantage.
Required Technical SME support and provide solution to the IAM team with security related issues and provide resolutions.
Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.
Extensive planning skills required to conduct audits of information processing systems and applications to ensure accuracy of information and promote operational efficiency.
Breadth and depth knowledge of designing, enhancing and maintaining of IAM integration points to meet business requirements.
Provide extensive technical support to other Technical Services departments and user organization on IAM Provisioning and De-Provisioningrelated technical issues.
Provide leadership in migrating existing non IDM system based user life cycle management workflows into chosen Identity and Access Management Solutions.
May guide and direct the day-to-day activities of other Identity Management engineers within IAMarea.
May be assigned as a Technical Leader that require technical project management of existing or new integrations into IAM Technology Stack.
Apply in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in IAM areas to arrive at decisions and problem resolutions that are complex and technical in nature.
Provide guidance on technical engineering aspects of IAM conforming to evolving business needs
Work with IAM Operations group to understand opportunities to automate provisioning needs in the existing environment and migrate into IDM Solutions
Work with Change Management functional groups to follow processes and effectively communicate to end users on usage of IAM integraions, automation and user interface through Job Aids and other complementing methods.
