Must Have Skills:
Strong knowledge on Magento 1.x / Magento 2.x development
Strong experience on module development, customization and 3rd party services integrations
Experience on handling B2B & C2C applications with subscription management
Analyze requirement and provide best solutions
Good experience on PHP5 and PHP7
Experience on PHP frameworks and CMS are added advantage
Good experience on Microservices using REST & SOAP
Desired Skills:
Experience on integrating Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe CMS with Magento are added advanatage
Strong experience on 3rd party Payments Gateways, Shipping Methods and Tax Services with Magento
Roles / Responsibilities:
Responsible for interpreting client requirements, business processes, and use cases to produce quality technical designs in the implementation, enhancement and support of Magento-centric eCommerce projects.
Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure that both the process is followed and the solution that is delivered is consistent with development policies and standards.
Work closely with clients to understand their business and their existing technologies, and using candicates knowledge of Magento, web applications and integration techniques, design a complete solution for the integration, extension or enhancement of the Magento platform.

As part of a project team, the Technical Lead will work with a Project Manager to turn client requirements into use cases and tasks with technical specifications.
