Job Description:
Functional Title: Maestro TWS administrator
B: Must Skills:
a. Minimum years of experience: 6 Years. Should have at least 5 years of experience in Architect, design and implementation/Migrations of TWS landscape.
Strong hands on experience in TWS Scheduling in the UNIX & WINDOWS environment.
Strong experience using the TDWC tool and composer/conman command line.
Experience in TWS Batch Scheduling Support of the Unix Batch Scheduling systems
Set up batch schedules to ensure timely execution of jobs
Maintain the TWS infrastructure in all environments
Perform infrastructure patching/upgrade in all environments
Perform troubleshooting and RCA
Maintain, troubleshoot database / Install/Migrate TWS agents and MASTER
Provide L2 support on troubleshooting job failures
Maintain the TWS infrastructure in all environments Perform infrastructure patching upgrade in all environment
b. Hands-on experience on TWS
c. Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills Required:
3+ years’ Operations and/or Engineering experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (Maestro/TWS) or similar
Willingness/ability to provide off-hours support 24/7 as needed to achieve customer SLA (on call rotation)
Proficient in the technical capabilities of scheduling and automation tools
Working knowledge of application and infrastructure components as they relate to distributed scheduling
Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux and Windows OS and other tools used in support of the distributed production process.
Ability to enforce and adhere to IT RISK Policies and Controls as well as Incident, Problem and Change processes & controls
