Responsibilities :-
ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to
Configure and support Apple devices: This support will be in an enterprise environment and will include enterprise email, network printing, accessing network drives and VPN in to the Windows environment.
Engineer and automate desktop image creation and deployment; ensure the desktop is hardened to maintain security within the environment.
Customize and package core enterprise and supplemental applications
Research problems independently as necessary using a variety of tools and resources to provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the problem
Resolve second and third level technical support problems with enterprise and/or specific applications, software and hardware configurations
Handling tickets / requests to troubleshoot the nature of reported problems and taking necessary steps to resolve those problems
Perform install and technical support to technicians and employees and executives.
Work with customer to analyze and design advanced technology solutions
Responsible for Mac hardware and software maintenance, support, monitoring, and lifecycle.
Establish and maintain productive and trusting relationship with customer.
Work with vendors and 3rd parties to resolve hardware, networking and software issues.
Performs repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
Performing asset inventory activities as needed
Break-fix, troubleshoot and resolve software issues; Reimaging computers/hard drives

Technical Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience deploying and managing Apple environment in a large scale environment
Manage complex, multi-platform environments that include MAC/IOS Operating Systems
Experience with image deployment and package creation/management
MAC/Desktop, iOS& Application support experience including: MAC Desktop deployment, OSX, Lion, Leopard configuration & support
Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds
Desktop imaging and user profile management
Strong knowledge of MAC OS, IPAD and Android devices
Expert knowledge supporting Apple productivity applications: MAC Creative Suite, MS Office, iWork, iPhoto, iTunes,iDVD, iMovie, iTunes
Desktop management experience using tools like SCCM, LANDesk, KACE, Deploy Studio, JAMF Casper Suite
Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations and performance issues.
Handheld – Blackberry, Android & IOS support knowledge
Ability to effectively multitask and to perform with a sense of urgency for rapid issue resolution
Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Soft Skills

-       Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
-       Act as SME for Macintosh support.
-       Good working knowledge of Mac operating system and IOS
-       Should have a great customer handling skills
