Job Description:
Good MSFT Dynamics CRM 365 Product Knowledge.
Hands on Experience on CRM Configurations, workflows, data import
5+ years’ relevant experience in implementing/supporting CRM business and systems processes
Experience in the retail industry is highly desired
Experience in Cloud CRM products/technologies required
Prior experience in CRM Marketing and Sales functionalities Campaign management and execution, Customer Segmentation, Loyalty management, Account Management, External List Management, personalization, customer lifetime value, Omni channel CRM marketing programs, Lead Management, Opportunity Management.
Exposure in vendor/software assessment including managing RFI/RFP process required
Experience working with external partner teams based in locations across the globe
Understanding of basic project management methodologies and agile delivery process
Manage, follow and adhere to the long/short term product roadmap for CRM in conjunction with functional leads
Experience in full life cycle implementation (requirements gathering, process design, configuration, functional design, testing, conversion, and deployment) of CRM systems
Own CRM regional functional deliverables
Work closely with CRM product and service vendors including global outsourced teams for project delivery
Perform training and mentoring in proper use of CRM tool to all levels of users
