We have a requirement with our Direct Client for MS Windows-SCCM-Active Directory Support Consultants

Position: MS Windows-SCCM-Active Directory Support Consultants
Duration: 3 months -extendible
Location: St. Paul, MN

Mandatory Qualifications
· Over 8 years of experience
· 3 years of experience providing direct PC support to end users.
· 3 years of experience imaging and configuring desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
· 3 years of experience installing Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, windows 10
· 2 engagements of providing direct PC support to end users.
· Identification of all subcontractors, if applicable.
· Working knowledge of Active Directory and AD group policies.
· Knowledge of desktop inventory and software automation tools (SCCM-Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager & Software Delivery

Desired Skills
· Experience with similar projects for State, County or local governmental entities.
· A+ certification.
· Microsoft Desktop Support certification.
· 5 years or more experience resolving end users’ hardware and software issues in a large IT environment.
· Degree or equivalent with emphasis in computer science or related field.
