MS SQL .Net MVC4+ ArcGIS ECM Specialist

Job Description:
We require an HBITS Developer to augment staff and to fill a skills gap for the Business Process Modernization Project. The consultant will perform application development.
Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following:
Analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design
Workflow analysis
Performance Metrics/Data Analysis
Interface Design and coding of application
Assist the Configuration and Release Management teams in scheduling and performing deployment
Provide training
Provide support for testing
Utilize HP ALM for testing and defect management
Prepare reports based on Business specifications
Candidates should have at least 60 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:
Each candidate should fill out the months of experience they have for each item in the table:
1. 60 Months of Experience developing web applications using .net, MVC 4+ framework and MSSQL #of months 20
2. 60 Months of experience Integrating ArcGIS into .net applications #of months 20
3. 60 Months of Experience assisting in translation of business requirements into design specifications and with representing the interests of system users in the formulation of the new system #of months 15
4. 60 Months experience integrating ECM into .net applications #of months 10
5. 60 Months of experience developing web applications with Java Script #of months 10
6. 60 Months of Experience assisting testing teams in the user acceptance testing of the system including helping to define function scripts, business cases etc. to test system capabilities #of months 5
