MS SQL BI Developer
Location: Redmond WA
Total Experience Required: 7+ years
Summary: The candidate should be strong in MSBI technologies particularly TSQL and who has experience in complex problem solving, coding, and debugging skills. Candidate will play a critical role in building and scaling Pipelines & reports to meet the needs of the Data Services team and other engineering teams within Microsoft.
Role
Mandatory Technical Skills:
* TSQL
* SSIS
* COSMOS/SCOPE
* Automation of data workflows in the Microsoft environment – Xflow, DataGrid etc
Desirable Technical Skills:
* C#
* Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory and Azure Document DB is a plus
Mandatory Functional Skills
* Ability to understand vast amounts of data, identify and fix data issues
* Data analysis and presentation
* Ability to dig deep into data and investigate data issues
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
