Operation of Exchange, Windows, Active Directory, GPO
Basic operation of network and windows based system
Manage and maintain third-party email security / filtering solution
Architect and manage new projects and deployment of infrastructure
Provide level 3 support for the helpdesk (regarding Exchange / AD)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Exchange / AD
Monitors Exchange / Active Directory server performance and mail routing.
Provide internal documentation for daily operation
Participate in project review meetings as needed.
Work in a team environment and foster open communication to ensure knowledge transfer to team members.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience.
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Engineer) or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) is desired.
Familiar with implementing high availability cluster technology in a Windows environment
Administrative scripting with Windows shell (cmd), Windows Scripting Host (wsh), Windows Management Instrumentation (wmi)
Planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of Active Directory based initiatives, (Upgraded Versions, Third-Party Solutions, and Integration with additional Enterprise Systems
Maintain and administer Active Directory Servers, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
