Job Title: CRM Developer

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CRM Developer is an integral part of our Information Services team based out of our Headquarters in Teaneck, NJ. The ideal candidate will serve as the experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer and technical lead. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with internal sales, marketing,• and client-facing teams to understand objectives, recommend courses of action, and implement solutions
Work with out-of-the-box functionality•
Develop custom solutions where• appropriate
Work effectively in both and• independent and team environments
Compute MS Dynamics CRM to maintain• and customize application(s) including plugin, workflow, JavaScript development
Evaluate projects by collecting• requirements & writing detailed functional specifications including user experience designs
Generate end-user documentation and• facilitate training
Key Competencies and Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science,• CIS, MIS or related field of study
3+ years of experience working with• Dynamics 365 CRM
Excellent verbal and nonverbal• experience
Strong .NET and C# experience•
Operating MS Dynamics CRM process• flows that provide insights to meet business needs
Excellent attention to detail,• patience, and a positive, customer centric attitude
Analytic skills with the ability to• analyze and interpret data through complex analysis
Preferences:
Experience with development using• Power BI, TM1/Planning Analytics
Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerBI, SQL,• ClickDimensions
