Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

Additionally as a level III support resource the following is also expected of this role
Manage operational problems and incidents according to established IT operation standards and processes
Train, motivate, and evaluate junior support analysts
Maintain currently policies and process manuals
Monitor and evaluate support service level agreements (SLAs)
Compile and create periodic operation performance reports to inform management and other stakeholders
Manage end user communications and announcements
handle questions and complains regarding operation issues
Manage relationships with 3rd party service/software providers and obtains all current patches and updates
Build and maintain defined action plans for issues and conducts trend analysis
Identify internal opportunities for continuous improvement and implements them
Provide third level user/customer telephone support as necessary

Must Have:

5 years of experience in operation support
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
Experience with various desktop systems, operating systems, and diverse technical environments
Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills
Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
