Job Description :
7 hour day – 4+ years of Dynamics experience – good hands on development and analysis – end to end work
or
7 hour day – 6+ years of Dynamics but less actual development and more BA/PM type of work – can work on the scope, requirements, etc.
Interviews: can be phone and then in person…but an in person will ultimately be required
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The CRM Developer will work within the Technology Unit on the design and development of a CRM system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online. The role will require full participation through the entire product life cycle from requirements definition to rollout.
The CRM Developer will:
Leverage previous experience to build efficient solutions and provide technical guidance through the end-to-end delivery of the CRM System
Be expected to play a role in the implementation of the solution architecture, understanding and recognizing the impacts of the solution to other systems in a highly integrated environment.
Ensure that all solutions are lightweight, scalable, completely secure, and built to an appropriate level of quality
Frequently collaborate within the development teams and other key team members (Business Leads, Vendors, and Stakeholders)
Work with the Project Directors for the CRM Migration Project to define the roadmap and validate user stories
Be creative in providing innovative ideas and potential technical solutions
Have exceptional communication skills, including effectively communicating with and possibly interpreting between technical and non-technical team members
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
A minimum of 4 years of experience in development with web, cloud-based, and CRM technologies
At least 2 years’ experience with project delivery and execution with native and custom installations for Dynamics CRM 2013 / 2015 / 2016 / 365
Experience working with Dynamics 365 Portals or ADX Studio
Experience integrating MS Dynamics with SharePoint / Azure Blob for document management
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and products in an Agile project management environment
At least 2 years web development experience (minimally, but not limited to JavaScript / NET 4.x / WCF / jQuery / JSON / HTML5)
Experience creating customizations, business process flows, and workflows for Dynamics CRM
Experience sharing code and modules through enterprise source code management systems
Experience working in a high demand work environment
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: -
Experience working with data migration and loading for Dynamics CRM
Experience delivering internet facing public sector web applications and sites
Experience developing thin client web and web services enterprise applications
Experience working with City of New York agencies
Experience with inclusive design (Accessibility)
