MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst - Columbus, OH
Contract : 6-12 Months
Seeking Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analysts to collect and analyze requirements and solve problems using Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and previous experience as a guide. Will serve as a liaison between clients and project consultants, particularly during initial project phases.
Support the translation of client business requirements into CRM solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuse
Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams • Use CRM workflow technology to automate business processes
Stay abreast on updates and new releases in CRM technologies (Microsoft and its competitors) • Educate end-users on CRM functions, Agile Scrum experience preferred and working knowledge of Agile tools like Agile Accelerator • Certification: Agile/ Scrum Master desired • At least 1- 2 years'' experience as a Business Analyst working on Dynamics CRM solutions with at least one end-to-end CRM implementation.
