Our client, one of the twelve regional Reserve banks in the Fed System, seeks an accomplished MS Dynamics CRM Administrator.

Description:
The CRM Administrator is responsible for bridging the gap between the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and users.
The CRM Administrator will be technologically highly proficient on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform, as well as a product champion interacting heavily with users.
This individual will help lead the implementation of a new CRM and email campaign platform (e.g., MailChimp) and manage business requirements and project schedules while maintaining strong relationships with internal CRM users and technology teams.
Act as the CRM and email campaign platform administrator, providing technical support and overseeing user administration.
Manage user security and system configurations; oversee training and gather client feedback for process enhancements.
Act as business analyst for CRM gathering requirements, consult and train users, document and manage requirements, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for use in additional phases of CRM implementation.
Create and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and email campaign platform configurations (e.g., MailChimp), working closely with clients to create forms, views, reports and dashboards that align with business processes and user security.
Configure and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, entity relationships and field customizations. Onboard and continually train system users and contribute to development of user documentation.
Collaboratively design, document, configure and implement business rules, workflows, custom actions and business process flows within the CRM and interfacing technologies, including email campaign platform.
Remain current with release schedules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and interfacing technologies and coordinate testing and alignment of new releases.
Perform business and data analysis to understand the operation model and underlying data characteristics of business lines using the CRM tools, acting as product(s) champion to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Act as liaison with technology offices and outside vendors through development cycle and ongoing releases to ensure product meets requirements and adheres to project schedules.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a major or specialized course in: Business Management, Marketing, Management Information Systems or commensurate experience.
Looking for a technical candidate with a strong background with MS Dynamics CRM focusing on implementation, customization, and integration. 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The ideal candidate will also have C# and JavaScript experience.
Experience integrating with email campaign platforms (e.g., MailChimp a plus
Experience supporting and/or implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience as a business analyst for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration Certification a plus.
Experience providing strategic counsel to management regarding optimal use of CRM based on data analysis and industry best practices.
Demonstrated successful experience gaining buy-in and working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
