Job Description :
Experience of 10-15 years in IT, including at least 6 - 8 years in functional roles.
At least 7-8 years on MSCRM (Version 2011/ 2013/ MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 versions) in the role of a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant
Should have executed at least 5-6 end-to-end projects in MSCRM, that include complex functionality, integrations with multiple systems and global user base.
Have demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, customer review and sign-off
Extensive experience in conducting workshops, interacting with Senior Business users and IT Stakeholders
Should have experience working in Agile/iterative methodology
Provide support and quality assurance for delivered Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
Work with QA team lead to prepare test scenarios and test casesConduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
Enable preparation of training materials and work with customer side champions in conduct of end-user training
Excellent communication and documentation skills
