Job Description :
Scope of Work:
Client is currently implementing a vendor solution for replacing their legacy computer systems which support business processes for Licensing, Registration, Payments, Citations, and Lab Analysis. The systems were developed in MS Access v2008 or v2010 sp2 with Visual Basic. Most of the systems reference hosted SQL Server (v2014) databases. The applicant will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the current systems, as well as modifying the systems to discontinue functionality with vendor solution roll outs

Scoring Criteria:
Microsoft Access Developer experience - 30%
MS SQL Server Development experience - 15%
Visual Basic Developer experience - 15%
Unit level and system level testing experience - 10%
Cost - 30%
Total - 100%
