Job Title: MES Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Work Location : Plano, TX, 75024

Relevant Experience: 8- 10 Years
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong communication skills including very strong writing skills utilizing the rules of English grammar, and verbally clear, concise, and grammatically correct speaking skills in English
Minimum of eight (8) years’ of experience in customer facing role
Manufacturing, Warehouse or Manufacturing systems project management, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum of two years of software project management experience along with the documented experiences and skills to lead a team of consultants and software engineers
Experience in a MES functional role (either business or IT) providing familiarity with business processes and practices
Strong business use of the Microsoft suite and this included MS Project to plan and track project execution
Highly organized with critical attention to details in all projects matter including writing original technical proposal and clarification documents
Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure
Should be flexible to work with customers in different time Zones(Europe/Asia/South America/Australia)
Formal Project Management training and certifications
Demonstrated skills in managing software implementation lifecycles, including the project financials and scope while developing strong customer relationships and outstanding customer satisfaction
Business Process Certifications are plusses
Strategic Program Certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and system integration solutions projects
Define functional requirements for MES solutions through client meetings and documentation analysis
Develop detailed designs, implement and test MES solutions that meet client requirements
Develop documentation required for validated facilities
Provide project execution leadership and mentor fellow project members
Work effectively at different levels within project teams, client organizations and TCS internal management team
Refine and follow Business Process Maps and/or User Cases for configuration of execution workflows
Identify change orders, manage change orders and justify changes to Project Management, Change management committee, resolve issues and establish priorities between projects
Develop and improve processes, procedures and tools used in the execution of projects
Work with customers to develop project methodologies that will enhance their standards
Act as a liaison between the internal project team, internal management, and customer project teams and management
Plan and organize the work of a project team, develop the implementation strategies for projects, act as a mentor for individuals within the group, and resolve issues within project teams
Start-up complex systems at customers’ plants
Proactively develop customer relationships; anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs giving high priority to customer satisfaction
Quickly learn new skills and technologies
Understand the project scope, prerequisite for implementation, timeline and participate in the framing overall project plan to ensure successful project execution
