Role Purpose:

To provide full project guidance for successful integration of mergers and acquisition technical assets and resources into Cushman and Wakefield in the AMER region (Canada, North America, Mexico

Additional responsibilities to provide M&A guidance and integration where appropriate to sites outside of AMER may also be required.

Transition processes to operational owners at the end of the project
Follow ITIL and Service Management Processes such as Incident, Problem and Change management processes

Required Skills:

Experience with multiple enterprise-scale Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture events in global markets
Experience in developing, implementing and reporting to senior leadership, a streamlined M&A roadmap with focus on minimizing disruption to the business.
Experience in evaluating organizational readiness in advance of transition events
Demonstrable experience of working for a large enterprise, familiarity with IT frameworks such as ITIL.
An understanding of the advantage for Change and Incident Management processes to the organisation.
Experience of working with various industry standard technologies (Virtualization, Load Balancers, Server and network infrastructure services)
Experience working across various functional teams to provide a full end to end executable plan for successful integration of 3rd party
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
Applicants must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under specific deadlines, while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Accountable for execution according to established standards, procedures, and processes.
Participation in global working groups responsible for the deployment and development of global technology systems and infrastructure.
Contribute to, produce and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation, that meet CIO/CTO Standards.
Responsible for awareness and compliance to policy and guidelines of InfoSec policies and procedures.

PMP
ITIL Foundation Certified
Experience
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolving complex problems
Ability to think logically, analyse technical information and translate effectively to leadership
Ability to work as a member of a globally distributed team
Ability to pass on knowledge to other members of the team and share knowledge accordingly to peers
To question the norm, and present new solutions where possible to ensure further development of the environment to become more efficient and stable.
Desirable:

Cisco CCNP, CCIE, CISSP – Advantageous
Working knowledge of security standards including ISO27000
Bachelor''s Degree 10+ years of relevant work experience leading project teams
Project Management Lifecycle Methodologies PMP certification, Agile Scrum Master
Data Center Infrastructure Capabilities (Server-Host-Networking-Storage)
ITIL v3 Methodologies (preferred)
Ability to prepare and track overall project budgets and schedules
Experience leading and managing numerous facets of multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated customer/vendor relationship experience
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Willing/able to travel
Self-motivated and deadline driven
