Our client is seeking an experienced inspector with multi-discipline licenses in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and preferably with additional licenses as a Building Inspector and Plan Review licenses in all the same disciplines in our Delray Beach Office.
Our client is a full-service engineering consulting firm, specializing in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction material testing, and building inspections.
Our clients include contractors, developers, owners, engineers, architects, state and local governments, school boards, departments of transportation, universities, banks, and realtors.
Must have certification/license by the State of Florida, DBPR as Building Inspector pursuant to F.S. 468. The technical work consists of building inspections to ensure compliance to existing codes and approved plans; recording and documenting all building inspections via written record and computer database. our client offers a competitive benefits package and competitive salaries based upon qualifications and experience.
