Position: MDM Senior Support Consultant - E3

Role Description
The candidate will have significant responsibilities around the support of an Informatica MDM installation at a large client of TCS. Candidate will work together with offshore support staff to identify and resolve issues around the components of the Informatica MDM implementation: IDQ, ActiveVOS, interface design, ETL, and SIF Framework. Candidate will identify application bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance.
Must Haves
· 7+ years of Informatica MDM hands-on experience (including components, interface design, and current version 10.x)
Ability to design, develop and translate business requirements and processes for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows using Informatica MDM 10.X.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving MDM related issues, and provide proven solutions aligning with master data strategies and best practices.
Candidate should have hands-on experience working and defining the User Exit process for IDD and Hub along with IDD Custom UI integration.
Have working knowledge of building MDM composite services using Services Integration Framework (SIF) including setup and configuring SIF SDK, Real-time processing, ORS-specific APIs, and security access manager integration with SIF API
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface and communicate effectively with team members within and across project team.
Nice To Haves
Minimum five (5) years of current and hands-on experience with complex SQL and high-volume Relational databases and SQL Query performance tuning.
Minimum three (3) years of current and hands-on Java/UNIX shell scripting experience.
Minimum two (2) years of current and hands-on Scheduling tool experience.
Knowledge of ActiveVOS, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and its processes.
Troubleshooting experience in integrating Application servers (J Boss, WebSphere
Knowledge of ETL tools and integration
