Job Overview
The Master Data Management (MDM) Developer works under the direction of the MDM Architect and helps to create and maintain the Member MDM Hub, the Provider MDM Hub, and the Household MDM Hub.
Essential Responsibilities
Executes test plans for Master Data system implementations and upgrades.
Implements training plans for MDM and other internal team members
Participates in MDM system implementation projects
Executes of short-term, high priority, data management tasks
Contributes to the development of MDM strategy and roadmaps, across multiple MDM domains
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to understand complex data models and business processes relating to master data domains such as Member, Provider, and Household
Results focused – ability to lead and work with cross functional teams to complete complex projects and initiatives on time with high quality output
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
Experience with MDM, transactional data, data governance, data warehousing, analytical MDM, and stewardship
Experience with Member, Provider, and Household Data
Prior use of MDM Solutions
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and is detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to effectively produce results, while working under time pressures
