Job Description :
Role: MDM Business Analyst
Location: Troy, MI
Duration: 6+ Months
Here are the requirements;
Total 10+ Industry Experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in leading Master Data Management / Data Governance and Data Quality programs.
Lead requirement sessions, document them and analyze them for full life cycle of an MDM project including:
Data Cleansing & Standardization Process
Data Integration
Data Enrichment
Matching & Merging
Hierarchy Management
Workflow for data exception and DG
Custom UI for
Full understanding of various MDM domains like Customer, Product, Vendor and Organization and their data models
Experience with data profiling to understand rules for match/merge, DQ and hierarchy management
Excellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation skills.
Experienced in performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and user research
Experience in Change management, user training and adoption for MDM
Lead implementation of Data Governance in an organization
Experience in establishing Guidelines, frameworks and best practices for Data Governance
