Job Details:
We are seeking an MDM Architect/Developer for a long-term 12+ month contract in Irwindale, CA. The MDM Architect/administrator is responsible for the administration (75%) of MDM, IDQ, IPC and design (10%) and architecture (15%) of the Master Data Management solutions for our client, to improve the cost and quality of patient care. This position performs feasibility study of existing source system records within the organization to build a robust and sustainable MDM system which supports client’s mission. The position works closely with Application Analysts, Data Integration team, Database Administrators team, Infrastructure team and Business constituents.

REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated admin experience on Informatica Master Data Management, Data quality, Power Center, Proactive monitoring option and others Informatica products.
Hands-on experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of App server(WebLogic), MDM Hub, Process Server, ActiveVOS, Address Doctor, IDD etc.
Strong understanding of the MDM architecture and ability to configure multiple Managed servers (WebLogic), HUB and Process servers to balance the load and achieve better performance.
Experience in performing the Informatica Application upgrades, patch installations and migrations.
Manage code and configurations for several environments, release management process, create and maintain environment configurations and controls.
Provide external application access to MDM Hub services and other customization tasks by using the services integration framework (SIF) by enabling security.
Experience with Healthcare data management, nomenclature and healthcare related terminologies including Master Patient, Provider, and Staff index.
Possess good experience in providing architecture oversight, as well as in-depth experience in building and managing enterprise application stack for a master data management MDM platform.
Provide technical and administration leadership and support for Master Data Management (MDM), Informatica Data Quality and Informatica PowerCenter platform, including solution architecture, inbound/outbound data integration (ETL), Data Quality (DQ) and Data Director (DD) development, maintenance/tuning of match rules.
Advise and provide support to data stewards, other system owners and technical personnel in master data management concepts and technical matters.
Collaborate with source systems data stewards and technical personnel for data governance and to resolve any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion.
Ability to design, develop and translate business requirements and processes for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows using master data management solutions.
Design conceptual, logical and physical Data modelling to support Enterprise Master Data Management system.
Demonstrated experience in deterministic and probabilistic matching methodologies.
Demonstrated experience and ability to apply data quality techniques such as match, merge, profiling, score carding, data standardization, and parsing using enterprise data quality platforms.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving MDM related issues and provide proven solutions aligning with master data strategies and best practices.
Experience with backup, recovery and restore of Master Data Management systems
Experience with design high availability and Disaster recovery environment build up for MDM systems.
Demonstrated experience with Installing, Configuring and Applying patch updates to MDM systems.

Knowledge of testing fundamentals, the creation of test plans, and processes to ensure the identification, tracking, and remediation of bugs, errors, and defects.
Experience supporting software and hardware for business use, analyzing problems and assisting customers with issue resolution, and exercising best practices to monitor and conduct preventive and routine maintenance on business systems.
Understanding of IT infrastructure components including desktop/server-class hardware, software, network and telephony.
Demonstrated understanding of information system security fundamentals and principals, including security protocols, encryption and access management to ensure adherence to regulatory/compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of basic analytics/statistical principles, and the ability to synthesize complex information into an easy to understand manner.
Knowledge of business workflow and associated terminologies, and the ability to document them with industry standard tools such as Visio or PowerPoint.
Ability to work with customers and vendors to analyze problems, determine appropriate courses of action, and identify root causes and resolutions.
