Job Description:

5+ years of experience with OCS/Lync and Skype for Business, in a support or consulting role.
The planning, migration and operations of Office 365 in both Hybrid and Cloud-only configurations.
In-depth knowledge of supporting and complementary technologies, such as AD FS, Azure Active Directory Connect and PowerShell.
Deep experience with designing and deploying Microsoft Universal Communications products to include either Skype for Business or Lync and Exchange Unified Messaging (UM Products include
Skype for Business 2015, Lync 2013 and Lync 2010.Core competencies (IM/P, Conferencing,
Enterprise Voice, Video and Mobility) for the Universal Communications suite including the configuration, optimization, migration and integration of 3rd party products.
Comprehensive knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols, keen troubleshooting ability and working knowledge of the latest diagnostic tools, log analysis and scripting ability.
Complete understanding of call admission and session border control.
Experience and knowledge enabling Skype for Business 2015 Enterprise Voice, integrating IP-PBX, Direct SIP, and SIP Trunking
Experience with various networking and video protocols including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323, H.460, H.264, and RSVP network aware CAC, and analog trunking.
Experience with QoS. Experience with UC features such as real-time presence and availability, IM, chat, audio, and video conferencing, and real-time collaboration.
Ability to provide hands-on technical expertise and guidance in design, engineering, configuration, implementation, operation, maintenance, security, and administration of client’s UC environment.
Troubleshoot/resolve service and/or implementation issues. Coordinate with other employees and departments/organizations.
Experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated capability in clearly presenting thoughts and ideas confidently to audiences of various sizes and technical knowledge levels.
Possess real passion for continuous learning, strong analytical skills, critical thinking, time management skills, and good judgement.
Ability to communicate Skype for Business and Lync product benefits and our unique service capabilities and offerings to IT and business leaders. Ability to gather and translate customer business requirements into a use case for Microsoft Skype for Business (or other products) and drive adoption.
