Job Description :
Overall 8 10 years of experience in Infra operations support in the Skype for business with Enterprise voice
¿ Work on L3 and L3+ operations tickets
¿ SBC and Audio codes knowledge
¿ Minimum 3 4 years of experience in Lync 2013 and/or Skype for Business
¿ Working experience with Microsoft cloud platform and SFB online
¿ Strong troubleshooting skills on all type of client/server side issues.
¿ Good understanding of conferencing features including AV Call, Desktop Sharing and PPT sharing.
¿ Experience in administration of Enterprise Voice on Lync / SFB is a must.
¿ Working knowledge of PBX / IP PBX / SIP Trunks, Gateways and SBAs.
¿ Good knowledge on Lync Online and Hybrid setup.
¿ Working knowledge on SFB
¿ Ability to perform RCA for critical cases.
¿ Experience in Patch management of SFB Environment
¿ Working from office is mandatory
