Lync Engineer - Palo Alto, CA - Contract

Overall 8-10 years of experience in Infra operations support
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Lync 2013 and/or Skype for
Business

Working experience with Microsoft cloud platform
Strong troubleshooting skills on all type of client/server side
issues.
Good understanding of conferencing features including AV Call,
Desktop Sharing and PPT sharing.

Experience in administration of Enterprise Voice on Lync / SFB is
a must.
Working knowledge of PBX / IP-PBX / SIP Trunks, Gateways and SBAs.
Good knowledge on Lync Online and Hybrid setup.

Working knowledge on SFB
Ability to perform RCA for critical cases.
Experience in Patch management of Lync Environment
Working from office is mandatory
