-Leverages strong working relationships and credibility with colleagues to increase team effectiveness. -Leads and oversees the team without direct supervisory responsibilities – leads through project management and influencing skills. -Proactively monitors team and project deliverables, Provides leadership and mentoring to more junior developers. -Reviews work of team members and provides feedback -Responsible for delegation of tasks to team members. -Developed judgment and analytical skills through experience, proactively asks the relevant questions to clarify work instruction or to analyze an issue. -Makes recommendations to management on project approach, resources, and scheduling
