Skills:
Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related technical or business field.
7+ years of experience with HR solutions
Extensive direct experience with Workday.com
Workday Integration Certification
Knowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirements
Knowledge and experience with databases, entity relationships, SQL and Programming
Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
Significant solid work experience with Workday Studio
Experience with ETL
Experience creating customer objects and fields, creating workflows as well as creating and troubleshooting validations
