Responsible for the administration, engineering, and implementation of our virtual environment. Responsible for maintaining the Storage backend as well as all virtual hosts. Responsible for provisioning and deploying all new servers
Required Degree:
Bachelors
Required Skills/Experience # YEARS
Must have experience with vSphere 6. x. 5+
Experience with distributed switches in a virtual environment 5+
Experience troubleshooting issues with networking and backend storage 5+
Must have experience with supporting and iscsi storage backend 5+
Must be comfortable working in team oriented, Kanban environment 5+
Develop documentation for the deployed environment 5+
Windows Server 2012 R2 5+
Preference given to candidates with the below skills/experience. Must also meet minimum requirements.
Experience in Kanban environment
Expert knowledge of networking (DHCP, DNS, Load Balancing) desired
Windows Server 2016 – Intermediate
RHEL 7.x - Intermediate
