Job Description :
Role: Application Performance Management (APM)
Location: Chicago, Lombard
Duration: 6 Month+
MUST HAVE
* Strong Communication Skills
* Implementation of APM solution (ThousandEyes is a plus)
* Experience implementing Synthetic Monitoring Solutions
* Able to bridge requirements from Product Owners, Define KPI Matrix, and ability to script tool
* Planning, implementing and managing APM Solution
* Map performance monitoring solutions to customer''s business drivers
* Customization of components to produce reports, views, and related actionable information to support Network Operations
* Experience to develop project deliverables as required including timeline and resource requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Strong delivery skills, including timely and consistent completion of successful milestones and projects
* Experience monitoring Applications, Office365 components (Lync, Skype, Exchange, SharePoint)
* Experience with Unix shell scripting (bash, sed, awk, etc)
* Experience working in large enterprise and global environments
* At least 5 years'' experience in Application Monitoring/Synthetic monitoring space
* Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
* Self-motivated and ability to operate under little supervision for remote projects working knowledge of automated script using JMeter/Selenium
