NOTE: Client is looking for Project Manager who can provide coordination for projects and activities pertaining to IT support of pharmacy audit and pharmacy accreditation.
Resource Role: IT Project Manager (or emerging strong Project Coordinator)
Work Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Deerfield, IL area, with a mix of work-from-home
Work Type: Time and Materials contract, full-time workload
Start Date: Goal to have resource selected on or before Dec 13th 2018, onboarding soon afterwards
Work Duration: 6-12 months anticipated, 3-month work order renewal cycles
Hourly Rate Target: Commensurate with role and experience
Travel: Domestic USA, up to 25% average per month.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
1) Provide coordination for projects and activities pertaining to IT support of pharmacy audit and pharmacy accreditation.
2) Provide data collection and coordination pertaining to IT project, program and portfolio key performance indicators (KPIs
a. Manage storage of data in partnership with existing Informatics & Analytics team.
b. Provide visually appealing periodic updates using this data, per P&A leadership guidance.
3) Provide support to enterprise IT portfolio manager in coordination of day-to-day portfolio intake, governance tracking, and change management.
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess demonstrated expertise/experience in the following areas:
1) Detail-oriented and organized worker
2) Effective control and understanding of KPI data on a diverse set of projects and programs for integrated reporting
3) Effective written and verbal communications skills to provide level-appropriate messages
4) Excellence in execution and delivery within complex, dynamic environments with low oversight
5) Extensive skills using Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Differentiating Qualifications:
1) Direct experience working in areas linked to pharmacy practice audit or accreditation (URAC, EPCS, etc
2) Direct experience coordinating an enterprise IT portfolio intake and governance model.
3) Industry experience pertaining to Specialty Pharmacy IT operations
