Location: Boston, MA

Required Skillsets: Sr. Data Analyst with Pharma Experience
Required Skillsets:
4 to 8 years of experience in data analytics (Data Extraction/ Data Visualization / Analytical solution designing & Implementation) in Pharma Industry
Hands on experience in working on large and disperse data sets
Extensive experience in working on structured and unstructured data and generating meaningful sense out of that data
Strong project management and data interpretation/ analysis skills
Possess a strong expertise in data and business analytics and has strong interest in working with large & disparate datasets
Development/usage of data visualization
Required Experience in working with clients in a challenging environment and having hands on experience in delivering analyses
Prior experience of handling clients and effective communication with offshore teams
Knowledge on SQL & SAS along with working knowledge Tableau, R and Python
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to form relationships, build trust and work collaboratively on small and large teams across functions and in a professional and respectful manner
Strong team player, with an ability to work in an unstructured environment
Hands on experience and knowledge of various datasets in Pharma and Healthcare domain is a must
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working at a client location and deliver Adhoc requests with quick turn around
Handling client(s) delivery end to end
Understand business requirements, conceptualize analysis framework, define data requirements, perform the analysis, coding wherever required, and coordinate implementation with business partners
Lead teams aligned to deliver analytics services from offshore
Manage clients, ensure quality delivery, manage people and provide business insights to clients
Interact with Business and analytics teams of the clients across the globe to identify their data and analytics needs
Working on data visualization, data extraction and data modelling
