- Extremely proficient with implementation of SCCM Architecture - Required
- Strong in Active Directory - Required
- Strong in Virtualization - Required
- Will serve as mentor to other team members, must be a team player - Required
- Skilled in supporting C-level executives and VIPs - Highly Desired.
- Server knowledge including troubleshooting of AD objects, mailboxes, permissions, GPOs, DNS DHCP and shares in a multi-forest, a virtualized environment - Desired
- Skilled with desktop/server hardware and components (preferably Dell/Cisco) including building system from bare metal, configuration, and troubleshooting - Required
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Storage (SAN/NAS), Networking (LAN\WAN) concepts, components, protocols, security, and interrelationships - Required
- Competent using, supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office suite of products including MS Project and MS Visio - Required
- Expertise is supporting Outlook, Android and IOS mobile clients and devices in MS Exchange/O365 environment - Highly Desired
- Must have strong communication, documentation and people skills with a team-oriented mindset
