Description:
Strong Linux technical ability
o Linux Certification a Plus (RedHat Cert a double plus)
o Experience configuring and troubleshooting open source tools such as Apache, Samba, Puppet, BIND, NFS, TOMCAT
o Experience driving system monitoring and tuning
o Experience managing local users and file permissions
o Some Scripting background (a history of automating repetitive tasks)
ITIL Experience
o Strong background employing Incident and Change Management
o Experience creating Knowledge Base Content
o Strong background as a Tier 2 admin
o Experience training and moving work to Tier 1 is a plus.
