Job Description :
Bachelor''s degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum of 6+ years of IT experience.
Required Skills:
In depth experience with RedHat 6.x & 7.x and Other Unix flavors. RHCSA preferred.
Must have strong, current Linux Systems Engineering / Administration experience. Should have solid Hardware, O/S, Network and Application Troubleshooting and Tuning expertise.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl/Python and automation tools such as Chef/Puppet
Experience working in a large data center including familiarity with hardware rack & stack and different virtualization layers
Must be willing to learn and adapt new technology trends and provide technology leadership and mentoring to L2 Unix support staff
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
