Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum of 6+years of IT experience.
Required Skills:
Liferay development experience (hooks, themes, Portlets, extensions, service builder, JSON APIs)Liferay Portal 6.1/6.2, DXP.
Spring Portlet MVC, JAVA, AJAX, Liferay WCM, JQUERY, AUI, Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Portal Architecture, Design (HLD/LLD) experience
Experience developing JSR 168 / JSR 286 compliant Portlets
Experience in Liferay environment setup and Administration (LDAP integration, SSO, Site management, Kaleo workflow, WCM)
Development experience with CSS, JavaScript, Apache Velocity, XML, Spring, Hibernate, Apache HTTP, and Apache Tomcat , Eclipse IDE
Experience with continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins or Hudson
Experience with relational databases, Eclipse, issue tracking, and revision control
Experience with Application servers like tomcat/tcserver, Jboss
Experience troubleshooting issues
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
