Job Title: Level I Hadoop Administrator (703)

Location: Ft. Worth TX 76108- Must be willing to work on-site

Duration: 6-9 Months Contract with possible extension

Summary:

· CSS Staffing is seeking a Hadoop Administrator to support the database infrastructure.

· Responsibilities include but are not limited to Administration, application maintenance and support including security administration and upgrades, server refreshes and testing.

· Application installations, configuration, performance monitoring, environment promotions, and troubleshooting.

· Assist senior administrators in solution architecture

Required Skills & Experience:

· 1-3 year of Hadoop Administration experience.

· 1-3 years of experience with software installation in Linux environment.

· 1-3 years of experience in writing Linux/Unix scripts

· Experience in Handling Performance Issues

· Knowledge of Active Directory

· Experience with SQL

· Experience with Databases

Desired Skills:

· Experience in SAP HANA Cockpit, and Workload Analyzer

· Experience with ODBC/JDBC

· Experience or Knowledge of Kerberos

· Knowledge of Cloudera Hadoop Ecosystem

· Automating processes and deployments using Jenkins/Bit
