Job Title: Level 1 Software Script Developer (688)
Location: Huntsville AL 35806- Must be willing to work on-site
Duration: 6-9 Months Contract with possible extension
Summary:
· CSS Staffing is seeking a Level I Software Script Developer with no more than three years of experience to provide OO C++ coding.
· The successful candidate will develop scripts including Bash, Batch, and Python supporting the development tooling and environment, contribute to the various levels of feedback to improve the code, product, team, processes, and organization.
· Candidate must be willing to travel for off-site software integration, training, testing, and flight trials. Contributes to user documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Strong skill set and knowledge in Object-Oriented software development in C++
· 3 years minimum of work experience where coding was their primary job function.
· 3 years minimum work experience software development on Linux and Windows
· Familiarity with scripting languages Bash, Batch, Python, and Perl.
· Bachelor’s degree, training or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering.
· Ability to qualify for a United States DoD security clearance.
Desired Skills:
· Familiarity working in an Agile software development environment.
· Experience with software design principles for clean architecture.
· Experience with designing user interfaces.
· Experience with computer vision.
