Description :
One of our direct Clients are looking to add a Lead .Net to their team. the Ideal will possess, team leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, they must have the Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects. Have Strong analytical, project planning and decision-making skills and Proficient in specifying and evaluating architecture requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
10+ years of experience with the .Net development stack, including C#, Asp.Net, .Net MVC, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2008 R2-2016
JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Html5 and responsive front-end development
Object Oriented Analysis and Design
Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
Identify production and non-production application issues
Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .NET developed projects
Provide technical support and consultation for .NET application and infrastructure questions
Serve as a mentor to less experienced developers
Outstanding interpersonal skills and clear communication with customers, vendors and peers across departments
