Required Skills:
Should have the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Should have the Experience in Security Layer, Presentation Layer, Services Layer, Data Persistence Layer and Execution Layer.
Demonstrated proficiency working with databases - Oracle 11g and TOAD for Oracle.
Experience in Angular, Angular 5.0/6 with Architecture, Components, Routing & Navigation (Single page and also Multi-page Application),
Experience in Bootstrap 3.0/4.0
Experience in designing and deploying Application Framework: Spring Boot
Hands-on experience in Visual Studio Code Editor, .JavaScript, Node.js, SVN ,Eclipse, Spring Tools, Gradle
Experience on IBM WebSphere
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present to both technical and business audiences.
Experience in the transition and transformation of large complex software solutions.
Experience participating or leading projects using an Agile methodology.
Understanding of Medicaid Systems
Experience in Data Tables with update, delete, add function, File Upload and Download wth encryption, Bootstrapping, Reusable components, Graphs,
Experience in Dashboard, Reusable Templates, CSS, SCSSs, Authentication using Ldap, Authorization with security roles, Lazy loading , Angular API
Experience with Rest API to retrieve data from backend and display the data in the data table, RxJS library usage, Master Detail components

NC Dept. of Health and Human Services is seeking a Lead Web Developer to facilitate the development of critical system for Medicaid Transformation Project.

Description :
This Lead Web Developer will lead the effort in development of all the components required to build critical system for the Medicaid Transformation Project. The ideal candidate will work with the Architect and apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues; contributes to the development of new ideas and methods; work on complex problems /projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation; exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined patterns and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
This position will work closely with business and technology owners to capture objectives and strategies while also working closely with the staff or vendors who are engaged to provide the solutions and services. Refine the organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the Project
