Position: Lead UX Designer
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Define and document user experience strategy based on business and requirements end user needs.
Develop taxonomy, design information architecture and navigation framework, interaction design strategy and UI framework.
Create personas and define user journeys.
Create prototypes/storyboards to enable walkthrough and user testing to validate UX solutions.
Facilitate Design Thinking workshops on need basis to address complex problems, and work collaboratively with the team to come up with feasible solutions
Conduct usability evaluations and continuously gather and analyze feedback from user and SME on wireframes, prototypes and provide inputs for product improvements.
Supervise quality of deliverables produced by Graphic Designers and UI Developers such as Style-guides, screen layouts, colour pallets and typography, functional prototypes, CSS and JS repositories.
Responsible for ensuring quality of end product during development and delivery of key milestones
Execute design sprints within Agile development methodology
