General Responsibilities:

Looking for strong technical experience in TIBCO Administration and Business Events as mandatory skillset

Qualifications:

Somebody who has at least 10+ years of work experience in software development.

Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college

Resource should be ready to work in different shift as per business requirement.



Skills:



Technical Skills:

Strong in Production Support activities.

Unix Knowledge to work on UNIX environments, scripting for application deployments, monitoring

Good knowledge on Business Works and EMS

Basic database knowledge

Process Skills:

Should have hands on experience in development work cycle

Should have hands on experience in handling Production Support and Problem Management

Capable of developing software based as per project defined software process

Develop and peer review of Design/Code(Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects

Participates as a team member

Take ownership of the Application and provide the support as and when needed

Should be the Single Point of Contact for the application being supported from Offshore

Mentoring the Team

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
