Job Description :

Overall 8-10+ years of experience in Pega PRPC
CLSA certification is mandatory
Driving Architectural and Design things with team
Should be able to provide thought leadership, and driving all
technical discussions with customer, Pegasystems and partners
Should have experience on both development and support projects
Should have both Pega Scrum (Agile) and SmartBPM experience
Sound knowledge on Pega Upgrade, Integrations, Performance
Management, Capacity planning, and all Pega relevant tools
Contribution on Pega Proposals/Solutioning, pre-sales, Consulting
and CoE activities. Should have exp. in handling large deals (10 to 20
million)
Sound communication and leadership skills
Logistics domain knowledge will be a plus
Hands on experience in Pega frameworks would be plus
Experience in managing large scale Pega implementations
Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment
process.
Good experience on Design Review, Code Review. PRPC Best
Practices and Pega Guardrails.
Strong RDBMS knowledge.
Motivated person with strong Leadership Qualities.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Good Client facing skills
