Position : Lead System Architect
Location: Bloomfield, CT
DURATION : 12 MONTHS

JD :

Assist Enterprise architects in defining the Robotics interaction within an Enterprise architecture
Design Robotics architecture
Assist LBA in capturing the attributes of the Process/Sub-Process/Steps for the decision funnel approach
Solution Design
Identify reusable components and add it to the enterprise catalogue
Size the requirements
Assist in Robotics capacity planning
Assist developers to build the solution
Co-ordinate between developers and manage the code versioning
Code Reviews
Overall responsibility of delivering the Robotics solution to meet business needs

Required Skills:
Strong Enterprise Architecture skills
Strong understanding of Pega Robotics (Open Span) and Pega console
Strong understanding of .NET technology
Hands on experience in designing and building Robotics Process Automation and Robotics Desktop Automation
Excellent understanding of Agile Delivery methodology
Excellent understanding of DevOps
Very Good Communication skills
Strong understanding of Estimation and Sizing methodology
Experience in managing and mentoring developers in global delivery models
