Job Description :

We are seeking a Lead System Administrator to join our team! You will handle a variety of client projects specifically related to Desktop, Laptop and Mobile Device upgrades.

Responsibilities:

Create upgrade plan and operating procedures

Gather user requirements and map put a roadmap for required upgrades

Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches

Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures

Document all technical procedures and user guides

Act as a client facing account manager and build user trust

?Qualifications:

Previous experience as systems administrator

Hands on knowledge of upgrading Windows and Apple Devices.

Hands on knowledge of Quest Kace tool to manage imaging and upgrades.

Hands on knowledge of JAMF to upgrade Apple Devices.

Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols

Experience in creating security protocols and bringing users onto the secured organizational domain for Apple
Devices

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
